05Bonding and insurance

Most construction bids over $150K need bid, payment and performance bonds. If you aren't bonded yet, that's fine; tell us and we'll start with jobs that don't need it.

06Past work

Three recent jobs, public or private. These become your past-performance references, which buyers weigh heavily.

  • A flat $500 per bid we prepare for you. Never a percentage of the contract.
  • We find bids that fit you; you choose which to pursue. Nothing is prepared without your go-ahead.
  • We prepare the bid package. You supply your pricing, review everything, and sign and submit it yourself.
  • We never charge for SAM.gov registration or renewal; it's free from the government.
  • We can't guarantee an award; the agency decides. Either side can stop at any time.
Documents (insurance certificate, licences, capability statement, photos): just reply to our email with them attached.
